After the success of 2024's Volunteer Saturday, The Fly Arts Center is again asking for the community to lend their time and talents once again. This year, Volunteer Saturday will focus on cleaning up the lower level of the organization's building to help make way for new Youth Arts programming, which will include children's theatre, visual arts and media arts.

This special day of service is dedicated to preparing space for an exciting new transformation to provide creative space for classes, gatherings and other youth-focused arts programs.

Grab your work gloves, bring your enthusiasm and help The Fly make our new Youth Arts initiatives a reality on Saturday, September 13, 2025 from 9am to 4pm. Whether you're a longtime supporter or a first-time visitor, everyone is welcome to join in this important community effort. Interested volunteers can sign up at https://flyartscenter.ludus.com/volunteer.

"Volunteering brings individuals, communities, and organizations together in powerful ways—and at The Fly Arts Center, volunteers are the heart of everything we do," stated Fly President Jody Barnes-Turner. "We invite you to be part of something meaningful to the young people in our community. Together, we can build a stronger arts community—one project at a time!"
