Fly Elects Executive Board During May 11 Voting
​The Fly Arts Center elected its five Executive Board officers on Monday, May 11 to begin serving the two-year term from July 2026 until July 2028.

Jody Barnes Turner and Jennifer Dawn Smith were reelected to their respective positions of President and Vice President 1. Dianne Clanton was elected to Vice President 2, Robin Underwood to Secretary, and LeAnn Wenzel to the position of Treasurer.

The nominating committee presided over the elections process, which included a two-month window to receive nominations. Ballots from Active Members were cast and counted during Monday’s “Potluck” meeting at The Fly Arts Center.
​
“I am proud of how far we have travelled together,” Jody Barnes Turner told the gathered members following the vote tally. “I truly think of each of you as family, and I am looking forward to the next two years.”
​
The five elected officers will be installed at the regular member meeting in June. Officers begin their two-year terms on July 1. Board of Trustees positions will be reappointed in the coming weeks.
